Trailblazers Running Group - North County San Diego is a welcoming community of running enthusiasts who gather every Saturday at 8:00 a.m. at San Elijo Lagoon to explore soft trails offering breathtaking scenery. The run consists of a 3-6 mile loop encompassing flat terrains and gentle rolling hills, catering to runners of all paces. Participants can revel in the natural beauty surrounding the trail, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate a scenic and invigorating running experience. The meet spot/parking is at the San Elijo Nature Center parking lot, near the trailhead sign at the far end of the lot. As the gate to the lot opens after 8:00 a.m., runners are advised to park directly across the street in the San Elijo Water Reclamation offices lot.
