Sin City Beer Runners

The Sin City Beer Runners is a social running club that meets every Wednesday at 7:00pm in Las Vegas & Summerlin. Inspired by the Fishtown Beer Runners and the Charleston Beer Runners, we gather for a 3-5 mile run starting and ending at a local bar/pub, where members can enjoy a drink together. The club welcomes individuals over 21, including new and seasoned runners, walkers, and non-drinkers. Our primary mission is to support the scientific research of Professor Manuel J Castillo-Garzon, focusing on the rehydration effects of beer compared to water. We aim to encourage exercise through running or walking, foster friendly camaraderie, raise funds for charitable causes, promote responsible enjoyment of quality beer, and support local tavern owners and breweries. Our runs feature predetermined destinations with varying distances, culminating in a shared toast to the founders of the beer running movement.
