Mill Road Run Club

The Mill Road Run Club (MRRC) is a welcoming community of runners who gather weekly for a friendly and inclusive run starting from Hot Numbers Cafe on Gwydir Street, just off Mill Road. Every Thursday at 6:45 PM, members embark on a 5 to 7.5-kilometer route selected by the group, running at a conversational pace that encourages socializing and camaraderie. The club experience begins at a coffee shop and often concludes at a local pub, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where members can connect beyond the run. The pub visit is optional and varies depending on the organizer, making the club a flexible and sociable option for runners of all levels.
