Midcity Runners

Midcity Runners is a welcoming running group based in Washington, DC, situated at the intersection of Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, and Mount Pleasant. They gather for group runs on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 am at Rabaut Park, covering distances of 4–4.5 miles at a pace ranging from 8:00 to 10:00 min/mi, catering to runners of all speeds. Additionally, they hold track workouts on Thursdays at 6:30 am either at Cardozo track on 13th and Florida NW or occasionally at Banneker Rec.
