Golden hour running club

Golden Hour Running Club is an inclusive community running group designed to bring people together for a relaxed 5 km run without pressure. Inspired by the golden energy of evenings, members meet every Tuesday at 6 PM in front of the RoofTop at 282 rue des Forges, Trois-Rivières. The runs are paced at a comfortable 6:30 per kilometer, making it ideal for conversations and enjoying a friendly atmosphere. Open to all levels, the club encourages participants to run, unwind, and have fun in a supportive and social environment.
