Founded by @emmaastoll, COLA RUN CLUB is a welcoming crew of young adults coming together to move, connect, and build community. Based in Columbia, SC, the group meets every Tuesday at 5:45 PM for casual, all-paces-welcome runs.
Whether you're new to running or have miles behind you, COLA RUN CLUB is all about relationships through movement—no judgment, just good vibes and a supportive crew. All paces, all backgrounds, all are welcome!
