Chamba Valley Runners, also known as Lusaka East Running Club, is a welcoming running community serving residents of Roma, Kaunda Square, Kwamwena, Mutumbi, Foxdale, Munali, and Chudleigh. The club organizes runs four times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, starting promptly at 5:00 AM from Carib Shop, located at the junction of Mutumbi and Fourways. This club provides an inclusive environment for runners of various levels to engage in regular training sessions and connect with fellow enthusiasts in the area.
