Wellness In Action 5k – Presented By Arabella Wellness Center
Join us for the inaugural Wellness In Action 5K – Presented By Arabella Wellness Center on October 25, 2025, at White Rock Lake Park in Dallas, Texas! This community event promotes holistic wellness and trauma-informed care for women and families in North Texas. Participate in the 5K RUN/WALK, opt for the virtual 5K, or let your kids enjoy the 1K Kids Fun Run. The day kicks off at 8:30 AM with an energetic warm-up, opening remarks, and a lively Finish Line Celebration with awards.
