Join us for the 2nd Annual Veterans Day 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, November 9th, 2025, in Islandia, Suffolk! Hosted by VFW Post 12144, this event celebrates our veterans while raising funds to support community members in need. The race begins at 9:00 AM, with a Kids Fun Run at 8:30 AM, near the Veterans Memorial at VFW Post 12144. Enjoy a day of camaraderie, fitness, and fun with age group awards and a tasty BBQ post-race.
