Taterfest's Couch Potato 1-miler!
Join us for the Taterfest's Couch Potato 1-Miler at TaterFest on Saturday, September 27, 2025, in Mount Jackson, Shenandoah! This leisurely 1-mile race, set in the scenic Mount Jackson Town Park, promises a relaxed and enjoyable experience for participants of all ages. The event, originally planned as a 5K, kicks off at 10 AM, just before the start of the TaterFest festival at 11 AM. Enjoy live music, a local farmers market, a wine and brew garden, hayrides, a tractor show, and more festivities throughout the day. Participants will receive a complimentary t-shirt and a $5 food truck coupon. Prizes await top finishers in each age group and fun categories like Best Costume and Ultimate Couch Potato. Registration begins at 9 AM, so arrive early to enjoy the Couch Potato Lounge hosted by the Mt. Jackson-Edinburg Rotary Chapter.
