Pierogi 5k Run/walk For Ukraine

Join the vibrant Owego community at Hickories Park on October 11, 2025, for the Pierogi 5K Run/Walk For Ukraine. This inclusive event welcomes participants of all ages to show their support for Ukraine while enjoying a day filled with camaraderie and purpose. Registration begins at 9 AM, followed by the race start at 10 AM and an awards ceremony at 10:30 AM, accompanied by live music. Every finisher will receive a complimentary pierogi sample, with additional treats available for donation. Proceeds will go towards benefiting Regenerate Ukraine's Immigrant Emergency Fund, aiding refugees in Broome and Tioga Counties.
