Joe Larocco 5k And 1k Elementary School Run
Experience the thrill of the Joe LaRocco 5K and 1K Elementary School Run, set to take place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, in Salem, Roanoke. This event is a highlight of the Knights Crossing Cross Country Invitational, hosted by Cave Spring High School. The 5K race starts at 8:00 AM on a flat and fast 100% grass and gravel course, ideal for achieving personal records. Following this, the 1K Elementary School Run at 9:00 AM is tailored for students in grades 1 through 5, ensuring a fun and rewarding experience for young runners who will each receive a commemorative medal and a Knights Crossing T-shirt.
