Heart & Sole 5k & 1 Mile

Join the Sole Squad for the 21st Annual Heart & Sole 5K & 1 Mile event on Saturday, February 7th, 2026, at Goodyear Ballpark in Goodyear, AZ, celebrating National Heart Health Month with a fun and heart-healthy race for all levels. Kick off the day with a warm-up at 8:30 a.m., followed by the 5K race at 9:00 a.m., the Rucking 5K at 9:05 a.m., and the 1 Mile race at 9:10 a.m. Participants will enjoy a commemorative tee, runner's bib, finisher medal, and awards for top winners in each 5K age group. Convenient packet pickup is available on February 6th and race morning, making this event a perfect opportunity to promote fitness, community spirit, and heart health in a scenic and supportive environment.
