Grin & Bear It 5k | 10k | 1/2 Mile Kids Run & New! 1/2 Marathon

Experience a day of fun and fitness at the Grin & Bear It event on October 18th, 2025, at Poverty Point Reservoir in Delhi, Louisiana. With a range of race distances including a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and a special 1/2 Mile Kids Fun Run, there's something for every runner. Register starting at 6:30 AM and kick off the day with the kids' fun run at 7:45 AM, followed by the half marathon, 10K, and 5K. This event not only offers a chance to challenge yourself amidst scenic beauty but also supports Delhi Hospital & Clinics' community outreach. Participants of all ages will receive T-shirts, medals, and can enjoy a post-race party with refreshments, music, and awards. Join us for a day of healthy competition and community spirit!
