Runners will traverse a stunning course through wetlands, streams, forests, and farmlands, with breathtaking mountain views along the country's longest paved trail. This super fast and crew-friendly event offers a unique opportunity for first-time 100 mile runners, with aid stations strategically located every 8 miles and a manageable total elevation gain and loss of around 3,500 ft. The race features a 32-hour cutoff and promises post-race festivities including food, beverages, music, and fun for all participants. Choose from the 100-mile ultra, 50-mile, 50K, or half marathon distances, all starting at 7 AM Central time. Convenient shuttle options are available for participants, with Jacksonville, AL conveniently located between Atlanta, GA, and Birmingham, AL.
