This inclusive three-week event caters to children aged 2-14, offering various race distances like 50 & 75-yard dashes, 1/4-mile, 1/2-mile, and 1-mile runs to accommodate all skill levels. Beyond promoting physical fitness, Cardio Kidz nurtures social-emotional development in a supportive setting, emphasizing determination and personal growth. For a registration fee of $35 (with a $5 sibling discount), young participants gain access to three weeks of races, race bibs, a goal tracker sheet, weekly progress reports, and a finisher medal to commemorate their achievements.
