2024 Illinois Homecoming 5k Race
Join us for the 2024 Illinois Homecoming 5K Race, an exhilarating event in Urbana-Champaign on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Whether you're a runner, jogger, walker, or roller, all ages are welcome to participate in this vibrant race starting at Anniversary Plaza and finishing at the Alice Campbell Alumni Center. The festivities begin at 10:00 AM and continue with post-race celebrations including delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lively entertainment featuring the Marching Illini and special guests. If you can't join in person, the Virtual Homecoming 5K allows participation throughout Homecoming Week from September 21 to September 27, 2025. Register early to secure your race t-shirt and be part of this exciting community celebration!
